Really comfortable beds

Liked: Comfortable mattresses, staff changed our room to the ground floor because we had bags and there is no elevator.
Disliked: Breakfast was light on. There is no elevator to the second floor - stairs difficult if you have bags

Liked: It was very clean and the breakfast was very good too!
Disliked: Just the location was decent but other than that everything else was great

False Advertised

Liked: Nothing at all to be honest!!
Disliked: Where do I start. Let's start with the lies. #1 The ad says bath robes, there is no such thing. It also says soundproof rooms, also no such thing. Their ad also said the rooms have ceiling fans, yet another lie. I tried to get change to do laundry and the owner who lives there on site, said he did not feel like getting me change at that point in time, I think I was interrupting his nap time. If you need assistance there is never anyone at the desk you have to push a button and wait for the owner to come out of his house to assist you, hopefully he is not napping when you need help. Another dislike were the sheets. They were torn and not white, kinda scary. Lastly their ad says they have an onsite chef, for what. They didn't have a menu to order any food nor did they have a kitchen to cook anything. The breakfast is the smallest continental breakfast I have ever seen. Beware, to many lies and inconsistencies.

Liked: Overall experience. Staff always nice and helpful. Check very helpful and friendly. Aware of special needs.

Would stay here again

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Hotel is well maintained. Mattresses were all being replaced during our stay and very comfortable.

Great stay for a great...

Liked: Would absolutely recommend this hotel. The facility was very clean and well kept. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room we were given was a good size, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast was great but had a small selection. No hot food other than waffles.

Disappointing

Disliked: Everything was fine but room service walk in 2 times in the morning while I was still in the room they won’t even knock or anything they will open the door and then announce their selfs , it was kinda inconvenient for me and kinda out of line for the employees yo just enter the rooms like that .
