Liked: I am waiting on a refund or discount off my rate. I was with my son and husband we were given a key with someone in the room already. Then waited almost 30 minutes for the front desk to return to help us get another room in which this room the door didn't latch/ lock so we had to barricade the door so we can sleep. Not a clean nor safe place!

Disliked: The room stunk so bad. We had to checkout after 30 minutes in the room. Our allergies were so bad from the room. I stuffed up horribly as well as my son. I knew we wouldn’t be able to sleep in the room since my son has allergy induced asthma and his inhaler wasn’t working for him.
