HORRIBLE!

Disliked: Sewage backed up into the toilet and tub in my room during the night and was to the top of the toilet and around inches deep in the tub when I woke up. They moved me to a different room (we checked out 4 other rooms before they found one that didn't have similar problems) and promised to refund the first night. To date I've not received a refund and have not received any contact from the hotel or Booking.com. I will not use either in the future. I also have pictures to back up my claims.
