Disliked: Smell in hotel. Towell over entrance mat which made it tacky looking from the very beginning when you enter. And the smell when entering. Made you want to turn back. No pool. I think the pool was a storage area now.Breakfast

Disliked: Manager called after we were asleep to say that the credit charge didn’t go through. I had a receipt from booking.com saying I had paid, and the charge was “pending” on my online statement. In the morning when I went to check out, he again asked me about it. I showed him the receipt and the pending charge. He asked me to call my bank to have them release the funds. I declined to call my bank, as all charges from the last day or two are always listed as “pending.” I checked a few days later, and the charge had gone through. It seems to me he should have raised his concerns with booking.com and not my personally. Additionally, they forgot to put soap/shampoo/conditioner in our room.
