Not worth it!

Disliked: The hotel is definitely not worth 4 stars, maybe around 3. The staff is very rude. When we arrived, it was very hot outside and there were four of us. We each asked for a beer — they had exactly six beers in the fridge. In the meantime, they gave them to someone else, and when we asked again, they told us they were out. At the time we arrived, around 2–3 PM, if you wanted something to eat, they had absolutely nothing... just a bag of chips, and that was it. There aren't really any restaurants in the area. The supermarket nearby was closed because it was Sunday. You couldn't even buy a soda or a beer — not even in the hotel lobby. The minibar in the room was empty… if you wanted anything, you had to walk almost a kilometer to the market to get it yourself.The next morning, we wanted to have breakfast, which we paid €15 per person for, but it was absolutely not worth it. Very poor quality — the beans were spoiled, very little variety, and when my husband didn’t eat the beans, the lady clearing the tables looked at us like she was about to throw the plate in his face. Very aggressive woman and completely disrespectful.The coffee at breakfast was terrible, so we went to the lobby bar to get a coffee, but the receptionist — just as rude and aggressive — told us that coffee is served at breakfast. We told him it wasn’t good and we wanted to buy one. He responded, in the same tone, that the coffee was finished and that we should drink the one from breakfast.In the hallways of the hotel, it was incredibly hot.This hotel is absolutely not worth it.

Liked: The room and the facilities. The personnel at breakfast was ok and also the room température, i could change it as i needed
Disliked: The cleansing wasn't the best. I found hair all around the toilet when i arrived. Plus, the day i was leaving and while i was dressing and preparing, the cleansing personnel opened the Door around 10:10h when the hour to leave was at 11. Really unpleasant.Also, the front desk personnel when i arrived on thrusday 12 june, was really mad at me for some reason and everytime i asked a question i had the impression that i bothered her... Incredible but true. Anyway, i wouldn't recommend this hotel
