Good

Liked: Great location, within walking distance from falls and close to bus stop. Quiet and safe area. We stayed in blue room, room was very clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was good and enjoyed meeting other guests.
Disliked: The room is smaller than it looked from pictures and seemed expensive for overall quality (though everything in Niagara was pricey in Mid-August!). Very outdated brochures in waiting room.

Liked: Most comfortable bed/pillow of our whole week in NY. Good breakfast. Coffee available all the time. Easy short notice, day of, reservation. Short walk to falls but a steep up hill return.

Liked: Lovely home. Warm welcome. Host very helpful. Very close to falls.20 min walk. Very good breakfast. We loved it and recommend this stay.

Liked: Very quiet side street away from noise and crowds but close enough to walk to all the area attractions and falls. Breakfast was very good and main course varied daily. Owners were very accommodating and was a pleasure to speak with.
Disliked: I was very satisfied with everything.

Disliked: Could've used more options for breakfast. Same thing offerred both days. Pretty generic.
