Disliked: We loved everything about the place. So it’s quite difficult to say.Maybe the possibility of being a victim of jackdaw or dove poo. It’s the countryside so get over it.We loved everything.

Nice Stay

Liked: The setting is lovely, hotel grounds are well kept. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Bed comfy.
Disliked: Quite expensive for the room, very draughty but I guess it's because of the old windows. Didn't have evening meal as it was £98 each!

Going back in time

Liked: Great service and clear vocation to please. Would go back in a heartbeat.
Disliked: No negative comments because it was all I expected it to be. Yes, it's remote and yes, it's an old castle with all that goes with that but it is what I signed up for and hoped to find.
