Disliked: The bathroom size was too small. Very difficult to take bath for elderly people or to go for toilet.The tap in bathroom sink was old and creaked and difficult to open. The rooms do not have access cards and everytime it was required to give key to reception when going out.

Liked: Quite clean, the staff was nice enough. The overall status of the hotel is good, well maintened
Disliked: 3 days with no hot water. The rooms were a little too warm with no air conditioning. First morning, on thursday,maybe a misunderstanding, we were told by the receptionist to get coffee at the supermarket nxt to the hotel, on sunday morning we discovered we had complimentary coffe at the hotel restaurant 🤔

Simple, but clean and nice...

Liked: Simple, but clean and nice hotel at a practical and relatively quiet location close to central Berlin. Perfect for short stay. Very good breakfast. The hotel has esthetics of early 1990-ies, but doesn´t look outdated.
Disliked: No air-conditioning, so on a hot day need to open the windows - then with some noise from the street, though not very much.
