Liked: Was great location and was very comfortable
Disliked: There are no cooking facilities except for microwave

Disappointing

Disliked: Out dated worn, throw back from the 70s, Road noise in room, no blinds in bathroom for privacy, no complementary milk, Turning TV on required patience, Water pressure really low, need to wait a while for reception to turn up when I arrived.

Liked: Staff were very accommodating to my late arrival and the room was very nice.
Disliked: Unsure of the cause but from what I could guess, if there were too many showers/toilets/taps going at once there would be an awfully load boat horn sound coming through the walls. Happened a few times before 10pm but nothing after. The only downside I found.

Liked: Check in was seamless! Wifi was excellent. Rooms were clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Centrally located in Nelson.
Disliked: Just had to keep the curtain closed on the only window as it was ground floor and facing the street.

Highly recommend

Liked: The rooms were very clean, lovely set up and had all amenities available. We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend staying there to friends and family
