Pleasant and affordable
Liked: Spa pool very nice and warm grand-kids enjoyed. Very hot pool not tried as enclosed from outside perhaps for safety . There was another pool option on the premises but we didnt try that one.
Disliked: Instructions to the outside pool could have been clearer. I am deaf with hearing aids so may have missed details

A comfortable hotel to stay,...
Liked: Very central to restaurants, bars, and food. We never used the pool, it was too cold. Room was comfortable and the thermal heating perfect for winter warmth.
Disliked: The pool wasn't hot enough so we went to the Polynesian Pools. Some decor needed attention but it didn't hinder our comfort.
