Disliked: was advertised as a sofa bed included but there wasn't one, not sure why that is on the advertising.

Disliked: The owner of this motel is TOTALLY RUDE. As someone who works from the management field. I could just say that this Manager/owner kerry anne doesn’t know how to deliver a basic and good customer service! No wonder why there’s so many negative feedback about the management.. first hand experience and all I could say is its so TRUE. We can easily solve the problem but instead RAISED HER VOICE and with entitled actions. P.S i have never encountered a hotel/motel where a baby (1 yr old) is not free of charge. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AT ALL! And just wanna add here that they came in to our room and they left the bathroom window open (we’re not in the motel during this time) cause they don’t have any exhausts.
