Cheapest property and the staff...

Liked: Cheapest property and the staff is very bad when I ask them may be I am going be late for 30 minutes and he says we charge extra 20£ check-in time is before 10pm .

Liked: The staff were friendly
Disliked: The location was good during the day but not in the night in our returns in the hotel we find a person lying in the floor sleeping outside the door which was not easy to open to come inside and was scared as in the reception also was no one, we feelt unsafe because what if this person was with bad intentions and do something to us or stole our things inside the hotel ? No security at all!!

Liked: Good value for money and good location.
Disliked: Noise level from the park opposite the hotel were high.

Liked: The water from the cold tap was high quality and very refreshing on these hot days.Trudging up 3 flights of stairs
Disliked: Trudging up 3 flights of stairs at my age was quite a drag.

Liked: Room was clean, could do with a serious refurb, very old and tired
