The staff who checked us...

Liked: The staff in the morning who entered my rewards info!!!
Disliked: Confused!!! Firstly, the staff who checked us in would not enter my Marriot rewards #! Will someone plzzz tell me why booking.com is asking me to rate my stay when we did not book through booking.com. Plzzz enlighten me!!! Are these two things related bcoz it sure seems like it! iWould appreciate being contacted right away to explain this!!!

I loved the hotel and...

Liked: I loved the location! The service was excellent!
Disliked: I was given a room on the 2nd floor. This was despite the fact that I paid a premium rate and the hotel was not full. I confirmed this after I checked in. I logged onto the main site to see if there were room still available and there were. In fact, I could have gotten the same room at a cheaper rate had I not booked through Booking.com. Next time, i'll be sure to check my options before relying on your website to give me the best option.

Delightful place to stay in...

Liked: The room was nice and cozy. Our food was amazing and the staff made me fill welcomed. The little details, like the waitress at Café Cuvee gave me a beautiful rose (which I forgot in the room at checkout )= ), made the experience unique. I will definitely come back.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like, would be that my husband and I couldn't order any room service at 1:00am. We had eaten at the café and brought a bottle of champagne back to the room, the champagne made us hungry again.
