No sleep due to hard...

Disliked: Bed and pillows were as hard as rock. Not good for people who sleep on their sides. Staff did not have softer pillows. AC controlled from front desk, difficult to adjust. TV controls overly complicated. All just made for a miserable night without sleep.

Over all great for the....

Liked: Clean easy access from airport and to the city and the staff is wonderful
Disliked: Would be nice to have shuttle to closest train station

nice and clean hotel with...

Liked: considering that I came for a short time - for the Greta van fleet concert, the most important thing was the location, clean room and excellent breakfast
Disliked: the afternoon after my arrival I was hungry and there was no open restaurant or other option for food
