Disappointing

Liked: The location is perfect and the room is nice
Disliked: Racist Customer service.She did not want to book us a room told us that everything was full.so we went outside there and did it online right away by booking.com before we got access to a room there.The pool access fees should be included in the book priceAlso for the breakfast I dont know why customers can't have to get by theirself the milk and hot water,

A great hotel with accessible...

Liked: Lovely hotel with great facilities and spacious accessible rooms. The pool is beautiful.The food we had was delicious and breakfast too, lots of choices! The best thing about the hotel is definitely the staff. Danielle and Rita specially were super kind and gave us great tips and recommendations.
Disliked: We liked everything.

Liked: lovely position near the train station to Bologna. overall very nice stay. unfortunately couldn´t use all the SPA facilities to rest a bit because I had no time. will certainly do this next time!
