Overall disappointed. We expected an...

Liked: Clean. Nice location by the river.
Disliked: Pool was small. Issues with initial room: mis represented and by the noisy restaurant for $800/night.

Liked: Food was excellent, drinks also. Ambience outside was lovely.
Disliked: Understaffed, very loud being by door to outside, due to understaffing, extremely long wait once seated at restaurant to order, no concierge, pool was not very clean :-/

Amazing views and location

Liked: An amazing location located right on Oak Creek. The staff was amazing so helpful and friendly.
Disliked: I thought as a boutique hotel, it would be more couples, but there were a lot of children and families at the resort, took away some of the peace, quiet and relaxation due to all the kids

Nice hotel but watch which...

Liked: Lovely rooms and outdoor sitting area.
Disliked: I would avoid rooms 326,328 and surrounding rooms if you like sitting outdoors on balcony /patio. These rooms have pathetic patio facing fence and air conditioner. I was very disappointed because I picked the hotel so I could view the mountains from my room and have coffee. Very bad rooms for that and at $700 a night very disappointed.

Four Star Experience for for...

Liked: Nice resort of a lower 4 start level. Central location. Nice views. The whole experience was just 'ok'. They did let us get to our room early.
Disliked: Price was for 5 start and we got low 4 start. Not a good value. Sheets for spare bid came to us wet. No exhaust vent in the bathroom. Missing towel holder with wall cleats exposed.

Liked: Excellent place and enjoyed our stay. The restaurant is excellent. Our only complaint was the smell in our room. It smelled like wet socks or dog or sneakers. We suffered through it because we didn’t want the bother of moving and we were gone all day. That said, it wasn’t pleasant, especially for the room price.
