Liked: Location and staff were excellent
Disliked: The room was horribly dated, and in bad condition. The shower was a copper pipe with a plastic head that was barely functional. The heat in the room was intolerable due to two heated water pipes running exposed.

Comfortable and perfect location, for...
Liked: Friendly and welcoming staff.The tokens, for a free welcome drink, were a nice touch and much appreciated.We had been given the wrong key, but it was very quickly dealt with and resolved.
Disliked: Not the staff's fault but our room was very stuffy and warm.However, we were glad to have a fan in the room.

Very enjoyable, food excellent.
Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was excellent despite a little extra difficulty in travelling with a wheelchair.
Disliked: A bit more flexibility in breakfast timing would have been good for my wife who is disabled and takes painkillers after waking up then sleeps a while more, but we managed and I can understand the difficulty of making special exceptions.

Liked: The location was fantastic as there was a Saturday market happening in the square in front of the hotel. The restaurant, Vester, was excellent, but there are several restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood.
Disliked: No air conditioning, but they did have two fans in the room. With the fans going it was comfortable. My room was on the first floor and I found out later that there was a club next to the hotel that was a bit noisy, but the fans helped to drown out the club noise. Ear plugs helped too, but I found them to be unnecessary.
