Pleasant

Liked: Breakfast was good but nothing special, location is excellent close to train station and commercial area.
Disliked: There was a leak in the AC, the room was veryyy smelly and whenever you turn it on the water start to come out. Reception was informed but the room was not changed.

Liked: Very well placed! A few blocks from Wasserturm Platz and the Planken (the heart of City Center), and just about the street of the Hauptbahnhof of Mannheim!

Liked: The staff was very polite and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel requires maintenance. Although they switched my room due to a broken toilet seat in the first room, the second room's bath shower head was also old and not working properly.

An overnight stop,

Liked: Well placed, a safe 5 minute walk from the train station. Good breakfast. Very close to Lidl store.
Disliked: Lack of restaurant
