Liked: Great location, clean and nice apartment. Quiet. Delicious breakfast. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Liked: Well equipped and clean.
Disliked: The street noise coming through the old windows could be solved with earplugs. The floor shaking when trams and heavier vehicles passed by could be felt even through the mattress. I didn't sleep at all.

Liked: We have never experienced this level of low quality service. there isn't anything good to recommend about
Disliked: 1. Punctuality: even when confirming the guest arrival at 3 pm checkin time, we were not give the keys on time. we only got the keys an hour later because the receptionist said the room wasn't ready.2. cleanliness: even with delayed key handover the room wasn't ready and not clean. we told the receptionist about this and she told there isn't any other option than this not ready room, this was very unprofessional. we decided to occupy the room because we had no other alternate at this moment.3. facilities: there were not enough utensils in the kitchen and the hotplates were not working. we ended up buying eating all meals outside. such a waste of money to book an apartment when hotels would have given more comfort if we are not able to cook.over all: worst experience.
