Disappointing hotel

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: Broken fridge, broken bacony door handle. Noisy pneumatic drill and workmen outside.Only one bar open by the pool who refused to serve us because we didn't have the token for a plastic glass (only for all inclusive and spanish guests apparently). Sunbeds packed together so tightly we had to crawl onto them as no space on either side. Hotel is tired and run down, not the 4 star standard we expected.

Lovely rooms but restaurant a...

Liked: The food was not on par with last time I stayed there , gone down in quality.
Disliked: The food could be a lot better . Staff on the whole pretty miserable

It’s a Fabulous hotel

Liked: The Property was wonderful and a Great Location
Disliked: We had a Junior suite with a Kitchen In. There was no kettle or Cups no utensils at all. We asked at reception and had to pay €10 deposit for a kettle !

Obvious lack of taking note...

Liked: The staff were excellent , the situation superb the room after having to upgrade to suit was excellent.
Disliked: Having informed the hotel beforehand that my wife was an invalid ,and vegetarian, they obviously to no notice whatsoever. We we given a room with a shower in the bath which realistically is useless for one who couldn’t climb in or out. Apart from salad and cheese or eggs there was little or no food to be had.I resented having to pay a deposit for a kettle in the suit .

Exceptional

Liked: A large well appointed hotel. Appreciated the 2 pools. Enjoyed the quiet one. View to ocean from deck was spectacular. Breakfast was varied and plentiful
