Liked: Upgraded to the junior suite for a little bit more and it was a stunning room. Great location, super clean and modern in comparison to other local hotels.
Disliked: Little crazy at breakfast time, people pushing in for food!

Liked: The location next to the beach. Buffet food was great.Overall good value for money!
Disliked: The AC wasn't working and our room was very warm. People at the buffet are crazy. It was chaotic.The shower tray is very slippery and the WI-FI wasn't great. We were in room 462.

Worst hotel experience ever!

Liked: Worst hotel experience ever (50+years, 1000+ bookings) ; internet not working rotten fruit at breakfast, dead slow elevators , people carrying luggage up and down stairs, but worst of all terrible music and animation all day at the pool AND indoor until midnight, audible through closed windows, earplugs and pillows over your head, impossible to sleep. We wanted to relax, had bookes top ploor but were replaced level 3 right avove the podium ( but even top flooor would have been the same disaster

Disappointed is a massive understatement

Liked: Let’s start with positivesThe staff were fabulous and polite and the bedding and mattress were comfortable but that’s where it ends. We Paid 165€ for one night all inclusive and was left very disappointedPoor facilities , no mini bar in the room , no coffee facilities, the hallways were old and dark with marked walls and generally looked tired and the lift was old and slow and at times felt like it would break down mid servicethe room key didn’t work half of the time and the food was absolutely shocking. it was disgusting and was probably the worst food that I ever saw in any hotel in the world.We arrived at 4pm and the kitchen was closed but we were told we could help ourselves to snacks . All that was available was dried up Hot dog sausages , dry Burgers and hard dry buns, some salad all which were left over from lunch . The evening meal was also very poor and not a huge choice . From memory Cod in tomato sauce and Turkey were the mains. Breakfast today was awful. Cheap skinny bacon greasy salty, no sausages only the Frankfurt ones which looked old , all the rest was overcooked veggies which looked sad sat under the lights. Some pastries clearly bought in and not freshNo beans no black pudding etc The coffee was cheap and nasty and we couldn’t drink itHotel Management need to look at the catering because the chef clearly doesn’t have the funding for nice foodIt was all cheap and nasty and not fresh which is sad for a 4 star hotelThe hotel charges 15€ a Night to park your car , half of the drinks menu were not available to all inclusive guests such as Barcelo & mojitos and much more . The menu was hidden away so you couldn’t see what was available and when I asked for it they couldn’t find itNo bottles of water in the room so if your thirsty after the bar closes you must pay 2.50 for water. we will not return

Liked: Only stayed for one night, but impressed by the room especially the beds which had very comfortable memory foam mattresses and pillows.The quality of food in the restaurant was excellent.
Disliked: The bar needed more staff as large ques developed whilst we were there.

Liked: Good location, all the facilities you would expect.
Disliked: Reception was short staffed at times.Unusual to be asked to pay extra to use the room safe.

sooo dissapointing

Liked: it was sooooo poor, not what a 4 star hotel should be
Disliked: everything, from the staff that is in europe and can't speak english. I couldn't even order a suny side up egg in what they call a restaurant. Nobody understood a word english. The Restaurant was more a crowded cantina, with old people screamming, in a cheap production company. All in all, it was a sad experience.
