Liked: We liked that the accommodations were as they appeared in photos. The location is outstanding and we were able to leave our bags before check in so we could walk around for a few hours without them. I thought the price was pretty good compared to other listings. I loved looking out our window into the square below. One day brides and grooms seemed to be celebrating their weddings all day one after another. Another day, there were people with a karaoke machine singing and being silly. There is a Brasserie below in the building but we did not eat there.
Disliked: As far as short comings, there was a small elevator that brought us up almost to the top level 5 so it could be tricky for families with several kids or people who can navigate some stairs. We had to ask for extra toilet paper but I messaged through the booking.com app and someone brought it over right away.

Disliked: Room too small no space to get down from the bet . No light in the room as if we are in a Bar. No worth . No lobby need to check in onother hotel . Not worth for money . They take a security of 50 CHF as blocking amount and said it will never charge but it went from my card when I ask they said to talk to my bank

Disliked: The clock tower right outside the room made it challenging for me to sleep. My partner slept very well though!

Liked: The location of the hotel is very nice, 600. Meters from Lucerne train station. A little walk through Luzerne lake and Chapel bridge can reach you to the Hotel.
Disliked: Checkin was a little 100 metres away in another hotel.Sometimes the access door key doesn't work which could be a problem. With no check in counter it can be risky thing. But still Rooms were great.

Liked: Location great.
Disliked: Symphony room decor needs freshening up. Did not have the ambience as expected. I appreciate town centre properties can be noisy but if you don't want to be woken up at 6 am every morning by the noisy kitchen machinery from the restaurants in the alleyway below then don't book this room. As I like to have the window open (there is no air conditioning) the droning noise was particularly bad. Kitchen staff use this alleyway to smoke so that is what my room smelt of all the time.
