Great base to enjoy the...

Liked: We were allocated a room with a terrace which had a side view of the mountain and lake. It was a wonderful surprise and with the nice weather we were able to use it every evening. Our room was serviced every day, was very clean. The team worked hard and their efforts were appreciated.
Disliked: One small point would be to include tea bags.

Liked: The bed was so comfortable I did not want to leave
Disliked: No air conditioning, the fan in room was too small to be very effective. Otherwise everything was amazing.

Liked: Great location. All attractions so accessible and within easy reach of the train station Room was clean. Lovely breakfast selection. Two ladies serving breakfast were great. Very helpful and had a nice friendly greeting on the morning.
Disliked: Gentleman on reception was efficient but not friendly at all. The room was a little warm at night. Pillows were dreadful.

Such a pretty part of...

Liked: It was in the prettiest part of the town. No buses, but if you take the train it is an easy walk. Just don't do the stairs - veer to the left and you will have an easier time. We loved this location!
