Lots of bad luck during...

Liked: I've come here at least five times and like the rooms and the staff and have typically had a wonderful stay.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there were quite a few errors during this visit with no compensation. I have never had a reason to complain, but it began with sending me to the wrong area with loads of items in my arms. When I realized that she wasn't correct and I did need to go up the stairs. There was no elevator nearby. It's unfortunate that it's not centered in this building. I got all the way upstairs to the end of the hall (#221), and my room was in shambles and unclean with trash and towels and sheets everywhere. I had to truck everything back downstairs to let them know and they gave me another key to a room nearby (#217). Neither of the rooms had a working telephone because I would have reported the situation rather than climbing up and down with all my stuff. Then this room had a non-working A/C. I kept trying to adjust it and it ranged between 78 and 88 only. I was so hot, but didn't want to keep complaining and going back and forth since this phone didn't work either, so I showered - but then the shower clogged, so the water was to my ankles. Ughhh!!!It was just not the best visit for me. Unfortunately, this is a weekday so I had your minimal breakfast, and the hot water was cold for the oatmeal, which they kindly changed out when I asked . When I started coming here in 2021 I was so impressed but it just was a disappointment this time around.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay...

Liked: pool area, restaurant, and lobby areas
Disliked: The room needs updating. It was hard to turn on the water in the bathtub and we had to get help from the front desk. It needed to be twisted and pulled hard. The room was small.
