Good value, clean, great food,...
Liked: It’s always very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The pool was closed for maintenance with no warning on the site beforehand.

Disliked: Chose king size bed.. was given 2 doubles. Was put in a connecting room that had 3 loud kids. TV sound was broke, chose here because of pool, got there pool under maintenance all month, could not take a hot bath or shower water was luke warm at best and plug did NOT fit tub mattress hard.

Disliked: Booked this property for one reason. The indoor pool facilities. I have stayed here in the past and the pool and surrounding pool area is beautiful. We were taking our young granddaughters there for a fun night of swimming and family time. Unfortunately, when I called to double check on the pool status, I was told the pool was closed for some reason and the front desk could not tell me if or when it would be open. Our reservation was for later that day. There was no mention of the pool not being available when we made the reservation for March. If we would have checked in to find out the pool was closed, our granddaughters would have been so disappointed!!I tried to cancel with the front desk when I was speaking to them on the phone, but was told since it was a third party booking, I had to contact them. I filed a claim for a refund through Booking.com because technically, it was a non-refundable booking. The claim was forwarded to this hotel. Heard nothing back. Booking.com recommended I contact property directly. Which I did with a detailed email. Never received any reply. Crickets. Nothing. I would have been perfectly fine with an offer to just reschedule for another time when the pool would be open. Nope. No reply. Or even a refund minus a cancellation fee. Nothing. Customer service at its worst. Thank goodness we were able to book with another hotel a few miles away with a indoor pool that was available, the girl’s weekend wasn’t ruined and they ended up having a blast!!!

Will never stay there again
Liked: There wasn't anything I liked about the hotel
Disliked: There was no AC, the pool was closed, the breakfast was poor, the bed was hard as a rock
