This ruined a great stay

Disliked: I had my backpack stolen from the small lobby in front of the desk while I was in the toilet. There were cameras in the lobby. The hotel told us they "couldn't access the cameras". I requested via booking.com by email that they checked the cameras, we never heard from them. Why did we get NO help. Maybe it was a staff member???

Liked: Good location and very easy to find. Friendly staff.Good bathroom
Disliked: Older building with the room feeling it's age.

Liked: Staff were friendly
Disliked: Uncomfortable beds, very dated decor AWFUL location, not the fault of the Hotel but be very careful walking the streets around the area especially getting off the the Netro at Barbès, masses of North African Men, I caught the eye of one motioning to another about my watch ….

Liked: Great location (really close to Gare du Nord and Montmatre), really nice staff, very clean, 24/7 reception.

Adequate but not great and...

Liked: As a two star it was comfortable but the bathroom was a bit tight, as was the shower. Bed very comfy but no air conditioning. As it was 36 degrees we struggled a bit. Breakfast for extra €9 was ok.
Disliked: A little dated on the interior but adequate. Nothing bad to say about the hotel, after all it is only two stars.
