Disliked: Apartment generally was tired / aged.

A lovely base with friendly...

Liked: Fantastic location. Close to trams, trains, and buses, which made it easy to get around the city. We took short tram rides to the Queen Victoria Markets and into the shopping areas, and there were endless restaurants and cafés nearby with every style of food you could want. The Staff were friendly and helpful, and the two-bedroom loft apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Disliked: Just a few little opportunities to improve in the apartment, like missing a couple of kitchen utensils and some finishes that could use a touch-up. Nothing major though. Overall it was a great base for exploring Melbourne.

Liked: We have stayed here often. It’s a great location and reasonably priced
Disliked: When I was checking in the receptionist used to always say welcome back great to see you again. Sadly that doesn’t happen anymore

Liked: Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was good.
Disliked: Breakfast was very ordinary and would not recommend

Don't do it

Liked: The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The power points next to the beds didn't work. The reverse cycle air conditioner didn't work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Breakfast was over cooked, eggs were rubbery, bacon was burnt. "

Annoying and disrespectful

Liked: Not a lot
Disliked: Lied to by receptionist, on level 4 you could hear everything going on on the streets. Got extra bags that weren’t ours delivered to the room
