Liked: Just flew back into the country and bused from airport. Catching the train home next day. It was very close to the station which was the reason for booking. Had a great meal at the Royal Melbourne Hotel. A great welcome home.Facilities were good.
Disliked: Narrow hallway when pulling two cases, and our room was a long walk from the lift!

Liked: Comfortable, great location, reception person Amy was very helpful in dealing with a booking issue.
Disliked: Adding hot chocolate in rooms along with tea and coffee so that children could enjoy hot drinks would improve the stay. Extra pillow in cupboard would have been nice.
