Liked: Staff was great!! The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Hot tub and pool was relaxing. Close to Park Eduardo to catch the Hop off Hop on buses. A few blocks from Avenue de Libertade.
Disliked: The internet was not good at all. There weren't plugs close to the beds.

Liked: Staff was accommodating and very friendly. Made recommendations and always willing to help. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Lounge was beautiful with great views.
Disliked: Location did not have a lot of close cafes for coffee or to grab a quick bite to eat. To get to city centre you have to walk 15 minutes which is fine.

Liked: We had an wonderful family holiday at the Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon! The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, especially Cláudia Soares, and the rooms were very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and we truly appreciated the beautiful amenities and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lisbon.

Liked: Lovely hotel, nice and clean.Friendly and helpful staff, excellent selection of food and drinks.Roof terrace is great for an early evening drink!Also in a great location with many places walkable or a short taxi ride away.
