Liked: Nice room, rather expensive
Disliked: Hotel staff knocked at our door on the morning of departure well before check-out time. :(

A nice stay
Liked: The size of the room was great and it had a beautiful view. There was also a small refrigerator that helped for the breakfast. Moreover, downstairs, there are two big rooms where you can rest and have a cup of hot beverage for free.
Disliked: The bathroom was really small. We also don't like to have carpet everywhere.

A great central place to...
Liked: Great location and very comfortable. I also liked the almost staff less way it runs with an app to open doors etc. cooking facilities and utensils is a nice touch.
Disliked: The shower was quite difficult to get in and out of

Disturbed sleep, dangerous chair, no...
Liked: The decor was nice, especially in the communal areas
Disliked: There was a persistent noise throughout the night (loud enough to be heard despite the earplugs they provided) which I reported immediately. It transpired this was due to advanced Plumbing issue on the floor but would not be fixed during my two night stay. I asked to be moved rooms but was told there was no availability. It made the stay very unpleasant and very difficult to sleep. Also the chair provided in my room collapsed the first time I sat on it. Again I reported it immediately and it was replaced that day but this is obviously dangerous. I weigh <65kg so don't think it could be argued that the chair was subjected to excessive force.After alot of arguing back and forth I have been given a refund to the value of 40% of the booking. As this was a work stay I have opted not to pursue it further but the room really was not fit for habitation and I really do think I should have been entitled to a full refund. I wish I had booked myself into another hotel and demanded to be reimbursed. As there were no staff on site it was difficult to get across how disruptive the noise was. Its times like that they you really need staff on site to be able to assess and respond to the situation in real time and I won't stay in a hotel managed remotely like this again.

Liked: 空港直結の駅からの立地が最高。清潔感、コーヒーマシーンのコーヒーが美味しい。キーの開け方に慣れたら、楽。
Disliked: FYI, you can get your key accessing to the main entrance door and your room via app. Strongly recommend getting app after pre check in and it shows BOTH of them on the same page. There is no front desk and no staff in the building. And they required me to pre-check in online that needed to put my ID information in. I was not sure if it was safe to do or not, but I found another feedback that says it is necessary then I had to do. This is totally not bad point,once I got used to the system,it’s comfortable. I couldn’t find my room number easily at first. In that situation, was a tourist who doesn’t have a phone number in UK, I couldn’t make contact to someone smoothly with snap chat (it wasn’t on my phone)or text. Fortunately other people came there and I could ask them how to find my room number. I can’t imagine if they would not be there, how long I had to deal with that
