Ok could have been a lot better

Liked: Tried something different for staying downtown. Close to restaurants and so forth. Liked the Gym wasnt to bad. Didnt realize how many sirens and how loud it would be . My fault was thinking about that.
Disliked: The fan in the room wasnt very good . Switched rooms and wasnt much better Need something for white noise in there or you wont sleep with the sirens and noise/ The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were about 2 feet high..neck killer to say the least. Unreal for 2024 for pillows to be like that for $300 a night. Room and bathroom cleaning wasnt very thorough either. Have to say something or it wont get better. One last thing nice coffee maker and no water. Called down to front desk and they said use tap water. Who drinks tap water???

Liked: Terrific location - Canada Life Centre and the Burton Cummings Theatre are within walking distance. Hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. Late check-out option was much appreciated! The room aesthetic was fantastic - loved the view from the 9th floor. Will definitely be returning.
