Superb

We keep coming back, but...

Liked: Convenient restaurant open until 12:30/close proximity to Terminal 3/quiet.We have been staying at the Alt when travelling through Pearson International, since the Alt was first opened. It is pleasantly quirky but suits us well as we have travelled frequently over the years and this feels like a bit of a European experience, which we love.
Disliked: While I like the European-style key-activated lighting, it does not allow for individual lights to be on unless all lights are on. Thus, one person reading using the convenient reading light requires that all lights in the room be on. How eco-friendly is that? Also, a night light in the bathroom should be mandatory in all hotels - there is not one at Alt. Older folks who might have to transition to the bathroom several times a night must navigate a room with which they are not familiar, with no light (or all lights). Very poor design feature.

Liked: The hotel was spotless and extremely comfortable. Perfect for a preflight overnight stay.

Superb

Liked: Great location for getting to the airport. Super clean room and nice comfortable bed.
Disliked: Would have been nice if room service was an option.

Great location for bleary eyed...

Liked: Location to airport- came in from very late flight, took airport tram over and chrpecked in- perfect rest for weary travelers in this situation
Disliked: Nothing- the staff were very friendly and welcoming to us bleary eyed travelers. They were also very professional and kind on checking out

Convenient but pricy.

Liked: Proximity to Pearson airport YYZ
Disliked: You pay a price for the convenience.

Liked: Easy access from terminals, comfortable room.

Disliked: the price, but I understand the surging costs of labour and supplies.
