Liked: Excellent location and the staff could not have been more kind and helpful. Pet friendly rooms were not too much extra and came with food/water bowls and a lovely big bed. Check out time was later than most hotels (noon) which was very useful when juggling organisation.
Disliked: Windows didn't open and air-conditioning only went down to 18 C, which meant I was warm when sleeping even though the outside temp was below zero.
