Alqush Downtown Hotel

The hotel was nice, but...

Liked: The room was good, the cleaning service worked well, and the location was good.
Disliked: Some of the staff members were not guest-friendly. The case was the following: we were confused about the checkout time, so as the check-in was at 3 pm, I had not checked the checkout time and decided that it was at noon. We went to the national museum in the morning, decided that we had enough time, however, as soon as the receptionist called us at 11:10 am, we came back in 15 min. and checked out in 5/10 min. However, despite the explanation of the situation, he charged us 20 euros. The breakfast was the same every day.

Disliked: Some staff weren't kind at all, even they answer hello hardly. We book a room for 3 person, for the third bed tgey wrote sofa bed, but it wasn't and it was like a bed for baby

Liked: inexpensive hotel located near the center, clean, spacious, friendly staff

Liked: It was in a pretty good location, I liked the old-style room style, the staff was friendly and breakfast was included in the price.
Disliked: There was a rather hard bed which was not entirely comfortable, and the room was quite stuffy in the morning. I also had a problem with hot water, it took a few minutes before it started flowing.
