For starters when the power goes out so does the water, which is good to know in future cause you will not get any type of credit for the inconvenience. Got a suite and had a jacuzzi tub which the water came out of shower and faucet to fill. While looking for the remote found a dirty pair of underwear under the bed - disgusting! No one will answer the phone and no one was at desk for us to complain. Horrible experience - never again!

Worst experience for your first...

Liked: The fact that it has a spa and hot tub on the property,rooms had a microwave and mini fridge.
Disliked: The managers/owners very rude and disrespectful not willing to work with you. Our Queen bed frame was broken maintenance tried to fix it but put in a king size bed frame which wasn't going to work because the metal was sticking out. He tried to fix the bed frame that was already on there and it just wasn't going to work the bed ended up on the floor we asked for accommodation with a another night free and the hotel attendant said no and we can leave if we wanted to. We ended up getting moved across the street to another property of theirs which was a little bit bigger in roomier but walls were dirty and filthy toilet was leaking the outlets for the AC refrigerator and microwave did not work contacted the manager was supposed to send somebody over and never did. We had to move the microwave to an outlet that worked all of our food that we had gotten went bad because of the refrigerator and room was stuffy and hot with no AC. Mind you no windows either beds were hard and stiff

Convenient and clean

Liked: Location was great. Clean and staff was nice.
Disliked: Parking wasn’t the best but we had a spot. Rooms were a little out dated but clean

Disliked: Everything's old and outdated. The furniture had scratches and the walls had a bunch of patches it smelled like fresh paint in the bathroom. And the heater was leaking the whole time I was in the room. Just not a pleasant stay.

Disliked: Derelict Hotel offered me a forested view BLOCKED by the deteriorating wooden STAIRCASE ... Frig had tears in the INSULATION and the walls had Stains or DEEP CRACKS ! ... In Spanish se le dice Era Para LLORAR !
