For starters when the power goes out so does the water, which is good to know in future cause you will not get any type of credit for the inconvenience. Got a suite and had a jacuzzi tub which the water came out of shower and faucet to fill. While looking for the remote found a dirty pair of underwear under the bed - disgusting! No one will answer the phone and no one was at desk for us to complain. Horrible experience - never again!

A refreshing stay

Liked: My recent stay at Alpine inn & Spa nothing short of exceptional, leaving me refreshed and impressed. The staff at the front desk was incredibly efficient, friendly and genuinely seemed happy to assist. Check in was breeze, with all the necessary information provided clearly and concisely. The room was clean and bed was comfortable , housekeeping did a great job. The location was very convenient for me, walkable to city center. Would highly recommend!

Horrible Experience - Stay Away...

Disliked: I had a terrible experience at Alpine Inn. The room was disgustingly dirty — there were strands of hair all over the bed, making it clear that the sheets hadn’t been changed or cleaned properly. The bathroom wasn’t any better, with grime and stains that made it feel unsanitary. When I brought these issues to the front desk, they were rude and completely unhelpful. They refused to refund my money or even provide me with clean sheets. The staff was dismissive and made me feel like I was the problem for expecting basic cleanliness. I’ve stayed at plenty of budget-friendly places before, but this was beyond unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs! Also, be aware — they offer $$$ discount for positive reviews, which makes me seriously question the authenticity of the good reviews you see here. Think twice before trusting what you read!

This is a budget hotel...

Liked: It was a roof over my head for two nights. My husband enjoyed the hot tub out side. Nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room.
Disliked: We got to the room and it seemed they forgot to clean it. The bed was made but no towels, soap, toilet paper, or a working jetted tub. We chose this hotel for the jetted tub so it was disappointing when it didn’t work. The tub was chipped and looked very dirty.

Liked: We left twenty minutes after checking in. It was that bad.
Disliked: Honesty in advertising. BTW Where is the spa?

Pleasant stay

Liked: We had a very pleasant stay here. The room was nice and spotless. Bed was cozy and shower was great. The staff was friendly and location was excellent. Would stay again.
