Good stay and clean and...

Liked: Very clean and big enough especially for that price
Disliked: Check in staff is a rude guy. He doesn’t know how to behave to decent customers. I don’t expect favours, he tries to make me feel like I am taking his favours.

Liked: Manager/owner was a very nice man. He looked out for us. Gave great dinner take out ,delivery ideas.

Disliked: Beware this place needs to be condemned. Don't let the photos fool you. They fooled me. It is a lipstick makeover on a hotel that should have been rebuilt from the ground up. When we opened up the door to room 27 the smell of old smoke and mildew hit you like a punch in the face. I tried to open the main window only to find it did not open and the bathroom window was too small to make a difference. The floor was rotting and looked to be a hazard to bare feet so taking your shoes off was probably a bad idea. I've stayed in a few crappy hotels before but this one takes the cake. I expressed my concern to the front desk but was met with a difference of opinions. We decided to cut our losses and move on to a different hotel.

Liked: Unfortunately, this hotel fell far below expectations. The room was in serious need of renovation and reeked of cigarette smoke, making it hard to relax. The shower was leaking badly — water sprayed from the head into the wall, and I had to use a towel just to control the mess. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and poorly maintained. Definitely not worth the price.

Superb

Liked: The staff were great, like always. Nice and close to the highway, Tim Hortons and McDonalds. This is the only place we stay at when we are in Vancouver because of location, cost, and the staff.
Disliked: The only problem we had with h this room was that the bathroom was too small and close to the bed.

Decent room for decent price

Liked: Good for the price. The rooms are decent and clean. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. We chose this motel because they accepts pets with a fee.
