A great place to stay...
Liked: The style of the room was great, the 2 main beds were extremely comfortable , the shower pressure was wonderful and the activities were brilliant. Super happy!!
Disliked: My daughters bed was a fold out and very uncomfortable.

Disappointed cold and I
Liked: Bed was comfy
Disliked: Pillows - should have extra in the room as standard The restaurant was very lacking in choices and the food we had was over cooked , dry , tasteless. The salads had no dressing … The menu is boring and urgently needs reviewing…why no soups on offer , why no stews like goulash? Cvery expensive for what we got , most dissatisfied. The seats generally everywhere were very hard and uncomfortable It was particularly chilly in the inside dining areas ( temperature outside was 3degrees in the mornings ! There should have been some heating ! We chose the bbq option and it was dreadful! Complicated, uncoordinated ( fries came way before Everthing else ) there was a problem with the bbq itself that took more time to fix …. The choices of meats were good but barely enough to feed two adults ( we were a table of four …..any fries that were still in the bowl were now stone cold . The staff were very apologetic and tried their best but overall the whole expensive meal was a disaster.

Liked it, will come back...
Liked: Very clean, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast with plenty options, even gluten free, free parking space, comfortable beds, easy check-out (just put keycard in letterbox), adventurous surrounding with plenty to do and to see if you have the time. Do take the time to climb the stairs up the ski-hall hill and admire the stunning view, preferably by sunset. You'll love it (if stairs are not your thing, take the spiralling path along the hill).
Disliked: I was travelling with a business partner and and booked two beds. If you are a fit and slim person the beds are perfect. The window would only open a tiny bit and was more a ceiling light. We were surprised to see that the toilet and shower were build as a glass cabin in the room, closed by one glass-sliding door. The double-faucet is inside the hotelroom, divided by a wall, no door. It looks very modern but it's not exactly private. If you don't mind, no problem but it could be a bit awkward, especially as the sliding door doesn't close completely. No water except tapwater in the room, only one piece of soap, no conditioner, bodylotion, rooms not cleaned during short stay (which is ok as there was nothing to replenish and as we want to reduce plastic it's ok to not have mini-bottles of shampoo or separately packed tissues except toilet paper but with the German dm market on 20 min driving distance you can buy your own necessities). Irritant AI assistant that kept sending too many messages through whatsapp AND mail that should include links but didn't. I love using AI but this one is probably not programmed correctly. Otherwise this would be really practical.
