Disappointing stay this time

Disliked: I recently stayed at here and was quite disappointed with my experience. While the location was great and the staff were friendly, I encountered a significant issue with the cleanliness of my room.Upon checking in, I noticed that dirty dishes were left in the room. The glasses still had water in them from the previous occupant. There was coffee in the cups. It was quite off-putting and made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. I expected a higher standard of hygiene, especially in the current climate where cleanliness is more important than ever. Additionally, there were remnants of what looked like leftover food on some surfaces, which definitely did not enhance my comfort during the stay. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, and they gave me clean items, but no one came and collected the dirty dishes. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and the towels were fresh. However, the dirty dishes significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope this feedback encourages the hotel to improve its housekeeping standards, as I believe they can do better! Until then, I would be hesitant to recommend this hotel for those who prioritize cleanliness.

Disliked: The stench of cigatrette smoke all night & we could not slepp. The windiw did not open either.
