Perfect setting, fabulous staff, great...

Liked: All the staff were excellent, pleasant and knowledgeable. We found Pascal particularly helpful and approachable, nothing was too much trouble.The hotel inside and outside dining/ relaxing areas were both comfortable and spotlessly clean.Our room was ideal, very comfortable bed, quality pillows and bed linen.Free parking available at the front of the hotel and garage parking 5€ on.Breakfast was 15€ pp, fantastic offering, great value for money.The hotel is surrounded by mountains in the most beautiful setting. We rode our bikes into Annecy on the cycle track, 5 miles each way.Would definitely recommend and will stay again when next in Annecy.
