Liked: The hotel’s location was very central, making it ideal for exploring the city. Having a kitchenette in the room was also a big plus — a very convenient feature for those who prefer to prepare their own meals.
Disliked: However, I encountered a mouse in the fitness room. When I reported the situation, the staff treated it as if it were a normal occurrence, which was quite disappointing. I can say they fell short in terms of crisis management and guest satisfaction.
