Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful...was able to check in early!Location great also quiet at night.Great mini bar added extras e.g. breakfast cereal.
Disliked: A little be tired inside the room but comfortable.

Liked: Location is great, close to James Street in the Valley
Disliked: Small things that add up, the soap in the shower wouldn’t dispense.The floor lamp didn’t work. The room door locks are very noisy when the door is closed. There were stains on the back of the curtains which looked like red wine or blood.
