Disliked: Had a false fire evacuation at 1:30 am and another one at 6:30 am , ruined our anniversary get away, did not get back to sleep after the 1st evacuation

Liked: Excellent location if you want to be across the road to James Street.
Disliked: Air conditioner didn’t work properly.The smell of food and oil from the Asian restaurant downstairs came into our room everyday and could be smelt on the balcony in the mornings Terrible lighting in bathroom, particularly for women doing their makeup for special events.

Disliked: amenities inside the room were a little lacking - noisy old mini fridge sitting on desktop space

Great overnight stay.

Liked: I stayed here with a friend as we were seeing a show at The Triffid. The hotel is walking distance to The Gasworks precinct and we felt very safe walking to and from The Triffid. The room was a good size, as was the bathroom. There is a balcony however no chairs so unfortunately we couldn't sit out there. Limited parking is available underneath the building at $25 night.
Disliked: A couple of chairs on the balcony would have been nice. And other than a teaspoon there was no cutlery in the room.
