Disliked: No cutlery. But it's okay for me .

Liked: Room it was clean, the bad was big and the hotel has a good location..not far from the beach.
Disliked: The front desk..dosnt look the way should be..it was just a table..

Disliked: Room was very very small, very old style like a school hostel, open drains in basin with things stuck inside.The breakfast lady was not friendly or communicative, she walked in with a bad attitude and demanded a room number without greeting, as if I was not a guest who paid to be there. It was below average food, 3 days with dry porridge no milk, self service with dirty floors, plates, knives and forks. You need to clean up and stack the plates yourself. I expected more from my stay in Oostende which is a lovely town on the coast, the photos reflect a completely different experience.

Liked: Very helpful, friendly receptionist and hotel owner. No problem with earlier check-in, if notified earlier. Great location. Very comfortable - never slept on softer mattress :)

Completely spoiled by the parking...

Liked: Room fine,.
Disliked: It was advertised as with parking which was one of my criteria on my search. The parking turned out to be a public car park approx 300 or 400 yards away which charged us €30 euro to park overnight. We were not able to park and register or take in our bags.In my opinion if you request ‘Parking’ you expect it to be at the premises and unless advertised free of charge.

Fair could be better

Disliked: Rooms very small also faulty ac unit which was leaking water causing floor to be slippery had to use towels to soak up
