Poor
Disliked: It was dirty, the sink was clogged, everything was old, chair even had cigarette burns etc. Don’t recommend. Also, the parking is horrible.

Tnis place is a worn-out...
Liked: The desk staff were so indifferent about whether there was or was not breakfast I didn't bother to find out.
Disliked: One's heart sinks on entering the ill-lit lobby, and sinks even further as one encounters the long and echoing corridor (think The Shining here) to the depressing room. Bath room - a shower stall with a filthy curtain - has a poor sliding door arrangement. The room has barely any power points - you have to unplug the bed-side lamp to charge anything. The bed has a mattress so thin you feel the supporting frame. No kettle or even a single drinking water glass. The property is adjacent to a table dancing club (knocking shop) - so the "traffic" to rooms. slamming doors, in-corridor yelling of sundry lowliifes will entertain you through the early hours. The only positive aspect about this dump is the proximity to the Philharmonie - so you can walk back from a glorious concert and have your aesthetic sense drained within moments of entering this odious establishment.

Great for location and basic...
Liked: The location is really good compared to prices of other hotels. The staff was relatively kind as they allowed me to grab some hot water from them for my ramen. However they were rushing me to check out a bit. But overall the stay was good. All facilities were very clean and tidy.

Very budget conditions - I...
Liked: I only booked it as an emergency and the main factor was the hotel's great location - a 15 min walk form Potsdamer Platz, with a bus stop just in front and close to U-Bahn / S-Bahn station and REWE supermarket. Also the cleanness was alright: furniture was a bit dusty but the bedsheets, towels and bathroom were clean (and everyday room cleaning service and towel change were included). As a bonus: there was a smoking area on a "terrace"/parking lot outside (just a bunch of old chairs and a table, but at least it was available so people don't have to smoke on the street).
Disliked: The room was super small: with 2 beds there was no space to open the suitcase, no place to put your clothes (no closet, just 3 hangers on the wall), and no possible way to sit at the desk comfortably (as it was right next to the bed). No breakfast available and at the same time no access to any kitchen facilities, not even to boil water (seriously, no kettle, not only in the room, but in the entire hotel), and a vending machine working with cash only. Also, no hairdryer or iron. For a one-night stay it could work, but for longer then that it is quite uncomfortable.

Just about adequate (but convenient...
Liked: Location is excellent - near potsdammer with plenty of eateries etc
Disliked: My bathroom was, lets say, very tired and not the cleanest. The beds in my room again, were tired. However the beding seemed clean. There was a lack of power sockets in the room, requiring the unplugging of a bed side lamp. Blurb says work area / desk which is great but it had no power nearby!
