Pleasant

Liked: Lovely staff, great breakfast. Convenient location for main train station.
Disliked: Area outside the hotel is dirty and seedy. It's not an area I'd feel safe walking around in, especially after dark. The rooms are comfortable, but you can hear people in other rooms and walking around - sound proofing is poor.

Liked: Convenient for Hauptbahnhof; 24-hour reception; bottled water in room; cosy spacious rooms; good lighting ; reasonable price
Disliked: Coffee making facilities would be a good addition; room a bit warm; it was possible to open the windows but there was a bit of street noise

Liked: The hotel staff were great and the hotel is very clean.
Disliked: My room felt quite aged and could definitely use an upgrade. There were very few power outlets. English language channels weren’t available. Had to wait for the lift for the very long time as the cleaners were bringing the laundry up and there is no room for anyone else. There was also a sizeable wet spot on the carpet which the cleaners would have known about as it looks freshly vacuumed prior to my arrival.
