Amazing location

Liked: Location was brilliant. Short walk to the station and Marienplatz. Staff was very helpful and the rooms were kept clean throughout. Would stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was fine.

Liked: It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Very centrally located and easy to get to Karlsplatz and Marienplatz - just a few minutes walk.
Disliked: Usual English thing - a kettle in the room would have been good. This is a minor issue. It was also quite a warm room and noisy outside so I would definitely suggest booking an air conditioned room so that you can shut the windows, if it’s noisy outside. I really appreciated the fan that was in my room.

Disliked: Suggest a firm pillow option for the room - rather than 2 x soft pillows. Other than that, it was a good, comfortable stay here

Liked: Proximity to public transport; friendliness and helpfulness of staff; breakfast environment and food; room size and decor. Walking distance to Marienplatz.
Disliked: Area was slightly run down.

A good value all around

Liked: The location was excellent for walking to the old town and to the train. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the common areas and restaurant was lovely. The staff was terrific! Very helpful.
Disliked: The internet was terrible, kept dropping
