Liked: Wonderful staff. Property is elegant yet relaxed. The aquarium was very special and interesting. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Live music at the pool area with Hawaiian style musician was particularly relaxing and enjoyable. Front desk people were especially helpful and welcoming. Loved the whole experience.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t really like about it.

An excellent family holiday

Liked: The property is fantastic, clean, well styled and spacious. The staff were fantastic and very helpful at all times. Excellent location and facilities. If you prefer a smaller, quieter more boutique style hotel than the big hotel resorts, this is the best place to stay.
Disliked: The pool area was a bit on the small side, and people leaving towels on sun loungers to reserve them all day is a bummer and should be prohibited.

Disliked: Staff attitude and service were poor, rooms are outdated, and we have to wait for a long time before we can check in as the rooms are not ready. They don't even have basic cutlery and necessities in the room.

Perfect location

Liked: Perfect location with Waikiki beach across the road and lots of restaurants and shops at your door step
Disliked: Could have seating inside near the check in area for people waiting, especially when there are large groups checking in at once
