Liked: Location and staff are always good.
Disliked: Lighting especially in the bathroom area is bad.

Liked: The room was clean and I could tell it has been updated.
Disliked: The exterior could use a facelift… looked a little rundown maybe a new paint, sweeping around the property, the carpet (?) on the stairs need replacing or getting rid of.

Liked: The guy in the office took my credit card down for incidentals and then tried to charge $100 immediately for nothing being wrong
Disliked: The fact that the guy in the office tried to charge my credit card for $100 because of incidentals which we had just arrived should be no charging of my card when the room has already been paid for prior in advance

Liked: There was absolutely nothing good about the property! Very disappointing. My family and I stayed there a few years back and it was much more maintained back then. This place is now a giant trashcan! We will never stay there again.
Disliked: Everything. After staying there two years ago, we expected much much more! The property is in dire need of maintenance, and a good cleaning! I was actually embarrassed. I didn’t like having to explain to my family why I recommended we stay here. I assured him it was much different in the past.
