Passable

Liked: the facility was has goid amenities. whether the weather is good or not, there vis always something to do. kayaking is a must.
Disliked: they didn't have a lot of staff to clean. I was checked in incorrectly and wasn't advised that my room was ready. I had to inquire and found out they forgot to charge me for the rest of my stay. I also asked for service to clean the room, which they did not do.

Liked: Location off the busy road
Disliked: Indoor pool building too hot, too humid, too much chlorine odor in the air

Liked: We liked the indoor & outdoor Pool!! We Loved the beach front with kayaks & Lifeguard’s , Grills & picnic tables, A Firepit With lights with enough seating !!
Disliked: My Room had a terrible stench , I did NOT let the front desk know .. NOT sure if Aloha would have moved to another room!!

Liked: All the amenities: pools, tiki rooms with patio. Water park. New beach front and docks.

Liked: That i had access to land of natura after check out
Disliked: The room smelled. The room had in insane amount of bugs in it which kept us up all night along with the guest upstairs that made horrible noises all night. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom and jacuzzi had hair in it as did the bed. There was no sitting furniture out on the balcony which I noticed every other room did but ours. We went to the pool which had way to much chlorine. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was broken and had holes in the ceiling.

Liked: The pool was a good temperature. The rooms in the Tiki section were nice and recently renovated. The beds were very comfortable. Nice beach and hotel location on Lake Delton.
Disliked: The check process is long. Our phone does not have a QR code reader, so we could not sign the waiver form. We were not notified that our room was ready until 5pm. Most hotels will clean the specific rooms for the guests that are checking in and notify them right away when their room is ready. At this hotel they wait unit all of the rooms are done to send out a message the room is ready.

Great place for a family....

Liked: The best part was the affiliate program with the other Natura properties. We loved the Natura water park. The staff was very nice.
Disliked: Whoever had the room before us put food or something down the sink. It was rotten and smelled like something died in there. The staff were apologetic and gave us a new room. Also the booking stated there were 5 pools. Actually there are 2 (1 indoor, 1 outdoor) and a pond with small floating obstacle course, but you can drive to their other properties to access the others.
