Liked: Would like to know how a booking made months ago was screwed over on their double room and given a king sized bed. Staff said that double rooms were booked out the day before but reservation made on booking was done months in advance

We love the aloft concept...

Liked: Breakfast was not offered, it was purchase option only. The limited bar snacks were good though, and we had a good enough bite to eat with our pup sitting close by.
Disliked: Room was a bit tired and not as nicely laid out as other aLofts we’ve stayed in. Towels and face cloths were actually dirty and we had to have them replaced. Electrical outlet in bathroom was not functioning properly and difficult to make coffee, couldn’t use for hairdryer either which was inconvenient.
