Disappointing

Liked: The bed was comfortable. That's about it.
Disliked: The bar was only open Monday- Thursday. Needs to be open on Fridays and Saturdays. The pool was closed and it was a warm day. The staff person I spoke with upon check in wasn't able to answer simple questions such as to what time does the bar open and why isn't the pool open. There was no jacuzzi. Then they charged me an additional $50 (refundable), was not expecting that, upon arrival. I will probably only stay there again if it's the only hotel available.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: There was no climate control, the entire hotel was very cold. The room was cold, even with the heat turned up. The bedding was discolored and the beds were lumpy. Gym and sauna were both closed.
