The room set up was really neat! It was not like walking into a room in other hotels with the same old layout. It felt like an apartment. The staff were friendly. Extra staff were present to check in concert folks on the day of the event - great management decision!

Liked: Super clean!
Disliked: N/A

Disliked: The Alof hotel was hard to find. There wasn't signage to let you know where to go. There was not a restaurant, however, there was a bar by the hotel. However, on Sunday the Mamados had run out of hamburgers. The kitchen shut down for 30 minutes. I guess for a break. People there was an ncaa tournament going on. Did have a list of restaurants you go to. Wasn't even excited and didn't really participate in promoting the NCAA tournament.

Liked: The room had a safe. I've never been to a hotel that carefully enough about the privacy and protection of their customers to include a safe. I felt very secure because of it. The bartender in XYZ in aloft Tulsa was wonderful and front desk staff were cheerful and extremely great, even exchanging jokes with two rather tipsy women in order to keep them happy. There was a dining shuttle you could take around town and underground parking so your car wasn't exposed overnight. Very safe and very friendly. Full stars.
Disliked: I think the only thing is that I couldn't find a hair dryer? Which is a pretty menial thing for such a fabulous stay.

Liked: The location was great - very close to the BOK Center, where we were going to an event.
Disliked: The privacy for the bathroom in the room wasn't ideal. I was traveling with a friend, and there were problems with the sliding barn door. An engineer was able to fix it (very loudly at 11 pm); however, the door doesn't fully close.

Kim Sat, 11 March 2017

Liked: Big room and comfy bed. Plus free coffee. Had free bottled water in the room too. Located right at the BOK as well.
Disliked: Parking was hard to maneuver the first drive through. Needs more signs showing there is a lower level deck.

Liked: I liked the location. I was attending an event at the BOK and it was the perfect walking distance.
Disliked: I did not like how little information I was given. My first time there, I was not given proper direction when looking for parking. I was told to take the ramp and parking was $10. I paid and found out I parked in the wrong area. Morning person at check out made it right. I also did not like getting woke up at 7:30-8:00 to the cleaning service vacuuming. Very thin wall.

Disliked: Prices in the bar where super high

Lacey Mon, 27 February 2017

Liked: The room was very clean.
Disliked: We had reserved a king suite and paid in advance and when we got there they didnt have a king like we reserved so they wanted to c "upgrade" us to a room with two tiny beds. Very upseting to reserve and pay in advance and not get what you asked for. The doors on the bathroom give you no privacy.
