Satisfied
Liked: That they were so very helpful. We were traveling out AC went out and we had our dogs with us which don’t tolerate heat. I quickly booked our stay but it was no where near check in time. My dogs were throwing up and I was so scared they had heat stroke. The staff was excellent in getting us into a room quickly and getting dog bowls and water. We had to stay 2 nights while our cat was being fixed and they were awesome!
Disliked: Nothing everything was absolutely wonderful!

Staff was more than happy...
Liked: I am very impressed with the staff...everyone is so pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: well, it is a pet/family friendly environment...the carpeting could use a good cleaning...but no odor.

Would reconsider
Liked: The hotel has seen better days and starting to look haggard. The staff was awesome. Close to school but in a dingy part of town- homeless on the sidewalk/bus stop

Our stay at Aloft Hotel...
Liked: We were visiting our son at the University of Arizona it was the perfect location—just a short walk from campus. The hotel has a fun, modern vibe with plenty to do right in the lobby. We enjoyed the lobby bar and even played a few games of billiards. The workout facility was well-equipped, and if the weather had been a bit warmer, we would have taken advantage of the pool. The outdoor patio was another highlight, with lots of seating and a great atmosphere for relaxing. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, making for an enjoyable stay. Though we didn’t try the breakfast, it looked like a good option for a quick bite in the morning.
Disliked: During our stay at Aloft Hotel, we encountered a few minor issues that slightly marred our experience. Upon arrival, we discovered that the toilet wasn’t working and the sink wasn’t draining, although the staff promptly sent someone to fix the problem. We also faced some noise disturbances from the busy street outside, which made it difficult to sleep; we had been informed that the mountain view rooms were typically noisier, and had been offered a quieter room at the back. Additionally, the room itself looked a little worn, with a scratched headboard and several areas where the paint could have been retouched.
