Liked: Very nice hotel, stayed five days four nights, was here on business so did not get to use the amenities. Very nicely done in a modern style, had a bar and small pool. Located right on the water, with close entrances to the Riverwalk.
Disliked: A little pricey.

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Microwave breakfast and had to pay. AC was broken, had to change rooms. Not a good value for 300. Night.

Liked: I can't speak highly enough about the staff. When my bluetooth keyboard's batteries died and I asked for directions to where I could buy batteries, they gave me some at no charge. I checked out but left my car at the hotel until mid-afternoon because of a business meeting and was not charged for an extra day of parking. Additionally, the staff was super friendly as was the attendant who parked my car. The location near the Riverwalk was a plus. Very satisfied
Disliked: The breakfast options were limited. I might have eaten there if there were more options but I can't really fault them for this. It is what it is and i found a nice breakfast location close by so I don't see this as a downside. It is not a plush hotel but a good value for what i paid.

Liked: I enjoyed the easy-going environment.
Disliked: Service and food prices. One morning, I ordered two danishes for a total of $4. The next morning, I ordered a danish and a bottle of cranberry juice for a total of $3.50 (cranberry juice must be $1.50!). The following morning, I wanted to purchase two bottles of cranberry juice, but the girl at the front desk told me my total would be $7.00 (did the price of a bottle of cranberry juice just go up by $2.00 overnight?!). I was pretty floored with that price, given the fact that it was not consistent with prices in earlier transactions and because there should be no place on the entire planet that charges $3.50 for an 8oz. bottle of cranberry juice. I promptly put both bottles back and left the hotel.

Liked: The walkway along the river is nice.
Disliked: This is the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in. We could clearly hear the nonstop traffic from the outside as well as other guests in their rooms. We were both woken up many times throughout the night. Also, the thermostat was locked at a chilly 67 degrees and required maintenance to come into our room and enter there password to adjust it.

Disliked: I had requested an extra blanket and did not receive. Called front desk and they said the shift was changing but still did not receive. Didn't like how when someone got up to go to the restroom, the light would shine on the others sleeping. Not a good set up when it came to lighting. Otherwise comfortable.
