Disliked: The room above us had small children running around for about 2 hours. We contacted the front desk and they were not much help. We had to call a second time and tell them we wanted to change rooms before anything was done.

Wonderful stay at Aloft!

Liked: I had never been at an Aloft property and was pleasantly surprised. The check in was easy and the staff was so helpful and kind. The room was immaculate, the temperature was perfect (no AC noise), there was a smart tv, and the bed was super comfortable and linens so soft. Great stay, I'll certainly be back.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing

Liked: The staff was so informative. The location, although not in the city, hotel is located within walking distance to the train. The staff is willing to shuttle you to reasonable areas by request.
